The Ground floor patio apartment comprises: Main bedroom with fitted wardrobes, air-conditioning and a king size double bed, bedside tables.
Second bedroom (equal size to main bedroom) with air-conditioning, fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and  twin beds.
A living room with two settees (two seaters), air-conditioning, wall unit, TV (Currently BBC World, Euronews, a French Channel, and six local TV channels with an English-speaking film most nights)
The Living area includes table and four chairs which serve also for dining on the patio.
A fully fitted and equipped American style kitchen with breakfast bar, four hotplate hob, oven, spacious fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle.
Bathroom with bath, shower, toilet  and vanity top.
A spacious Balcony furnished with garden table, large parasol, four garden chairs, two sun-loungers and side table.
Reserved parking right behind the flat.
A magnificent communal swimming pool and paddling pool bordering the shoreline.
