If not there are many car hire companies competing for business nearby in Paphos town. You can often book reasonable prices when done at the same time as booking the flight, for example with travelocity.co.uk.

HolidayAutos, which selects the best offer from a variety of suppliers comes up with very competitive rates. EasyCar (sister to EasyJet) has an agency in Paphos town (and can deliver to the airport). They are also very competitive but you have to go to them direct, they do not come up on other search sites.

Target rates for early booking is around Euro 20 per day for the cheapest models. Prices are  fully inclusive of unlimited mileage, third party insurance, collision damage waiver, theft waiver, airport surcharge, bail bonds (where needed) and all local taxes. Be warned that prices can rocket for late bookers in high season. (June to October).
