It is right on the shoreline with magnificent views across the limpid, blue Mediterranean. Be lulled to sleep by the lapping of the waves! The garden-level apartment comprises:
One bedroom with fitted wardrobes, air-conditioning and a double bed that can be split into twins,

 

A living room with air-conditioning, dining table/chairs, TV (includes BBC, CNN), DVD player (and DVD library) and sofa bed,

 

A fully fitted and equipped galley kitchen with rose granite worktop, ceramic hob, spacious fridge/freezer, cooker hood and combined microwave/grill.

 


A high specification bathroom with shower, bath, suspended toilet, hidden cistern, panel heater and spacious rose granite vanity top,

 

A laundry room with rose granite worktop, sink, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board, iron.

The patio furnished with table, chairs, sun-loungers and shade by an awning. Direct access to the pool.

 

Covered reserved parking right under the flat.

The area is very safe, but we have fitted an Electronic Burglar Alarm system for added peace of mind.

Possibility of connecting to our WiFi Internet Hotspot if you bring a laptop equipped for wireless connectivity.

A magnificent communal swimming pool and paddling pool bordering the shoreline.

The accommodation is located in Arcadia Village, a beautiful, gated, upscale, bijou community.
